Little Village High School’s

Multicultural Arts School

You are More Valuable than you think.
Don’t believe us? We'll show you.

Be More. Do More.

Explore, Experience, and Express Your Talents

If you’re a MAS student, you think differently than those around you. You don’t see life in black and white. You see color and the beauty in it. What others believe to be so simple, you understand is more complex. What other see as complex, you see as simple.

If this is how your mind works, you’re meant to be more than what others have told you to be. You’re meant to do more than what others have told you that you can do. It’s time for you to take ownership of who you are, and explore who you really can be.

At MAS, we help you do that.

The Vision of MAS

School is a place where you can belong

It doesn’t take much for our students to get along and find their place at MAS. Why? Because we don’t let anyone fly solo. Our faculty, staff, students, parents and community partners all support and believe in one another. Because we think different, like you, we’re not about the individual, but the whole. Here, you’re part of a team. Though everyone respects personal space, at MAS, you’re part of a family. We do our best to make that known.

Diverse Learners

Embracing Differences to Enhance the Individual

Explore. Experience. Express.

At MAS we, we value the differences everyone brings as we know everyone is unique. In helping students understand different cultures they begin to understand and respect one another.

Arts is incorporate in every culture, and when explored, can bridge the gap in ways traditional academics cannot. This is why we incorporate it into the core curriculum of our programming. Because the arts is the DNA of our school, students have the opportunity to explore, experience, and express as much as they can.

We Give Our Students Options.

At MAS, we don’t just have the academics, we have the arts.

“Though our students may have a lot of challenges, they’re very persistent and have tons of resilience. Because of it, our team doesn’t just connect culturally, but can connect with the struggles our students are going through.”

- Maria Gamboa | Principal
