Opportunities for You to Explore

Little Village High School's Allied Health Program allows students to explore healthcare careers by helping them acquire the employability skills of a healthcare worker.

The program offers students the opportunity to learn about body systems, infection control, and medical terminology all while exploring their interest in various healthcare careers.

Overview

Students will also be given an overview of pathology and disease in the body system as well as nutrition and wellness before completing a course on human growth and development.

Certifications

By completing this program that is offered through Little Village-Lawndale Campus, students may attain certifications for

  • CPR
  • Contact Tracing
  • First Aid
